The idea

Designed from the inside-out, around the view.

The Corniche rises from the Albert Embankment as three sculpted volumes, their curved, rippling balconies echoing the flow of the water below and catching the London light on highly reflective metallic detailing. Every one of the 253 homes is shaped around a cinemascope panorama — from Westminster to the City beyond.

Curved gardens in the sky.

Beautifully sculpted balconies appear to ripple beside the Thames, wrapping each tower in a continuous, wave-like rhythm. More than nine in ten homes open onto one — a deep winter garden at height, framing the river and Parliament in cinemascope.

It is the building's defining gesture, and the reason the light never falls the same way twice.
